Last Updated April 2010:: I am William Rusk, a webmaster/programmer in the State College, PA ("Happy Valley") area, and residing in the Park Forest neighboorhood (Patton Township). I'm actively involved with local sports booster clubs and other organizations in the area. Most people know me as "Will" or "Bill". In my spare time I'm the webmaster for the Canton High School Class of 1987, Men's Hockey Booster Club, Penn State Women's Soccer Booster Club, the Penn State Softball Booster Club, and this site since 1996. I'm also the Membership Chairperson for the Men's Hockey Booster Club, a Friend of the Palmer Museum of Art, and a member of the Penn State Women's Volleyball Booster Club. I am usually on campus some weeknights and most weekends year round for various related activities. My job is a Client Application Analyst Programmer for AccuWeather here in Ferguson Township, also in the Penn State/State College area. I have been with AccuWeather since 1993 and was previously their Technical Support Supervisor. Before moving to State College I grew up in small town of Grover, PA in Bradford County. I graduated from Canton Junior-Senior High School in 1987 and earned by BS at Mansfield University in 1991 (CIS - Computer Science with Mathematics minor). While at Mansfield I was involved with the Computer Science Club, International Students Association, and Student Government.
